Delay in email delivery

Between roughtly 7:10 and 11:47 CEST no mails were sent from Campaignion.
After a mail server reboot, a service didn't restart correctly, which resulted in a halt of email delivery.
No data was lost: The mails from Campaignion have been queued and are now being delivered.
The mail server is fully functional again.
